I am an evaluation specialist with more than ten years of experience in all aspects of program evaluation and I have a solid knowledge and experience in project management and coordination, including management of finances. Some of my current projects include evaluation and evidence based planning of Your first EURES job initiative led by Metropolitan City of Rome and then Italian Ministry of Labour and the impact evaluation of the PRIME – PRomoting Intergenerational learning in the Med area for Entrepreneurship. Previously, I have provided evaluation and evidence based planning technical support for a variety of governmental and non governmental organisations.
Present research interests include updating systematic reviews; evidence based policy research, evidence mapping and rapid review methodologies; use of online collaborative tools in knowledge synthesis, and methods, tools and processes to effectively capture and communicate information and engage stakeholders, especially tools that enable multiple perspectives and diverse or conflicting types of knowledge and evidence to be represented.
I also provide technical support for proposal submissions, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and provision of evidence-based information to a variety of different stakeholder groups.
In addition, I teach graduate courses in research methodology, statistics, and tests and measurement, scientific communication at University of Rome Tor Vergata. I also consult with faculty researchers and graduate students regarding their research efforts.
